What attitude should a chikung practitioner use to see politics and social trends?
You don¡¦t have to go to extremes and be a hermit living apart from society, unless you want to limit your progress. You need to practice within chaos: practice with bitterness until you are healthy. Then you can see through the poisons of politics and social trends and not be affected by them.
Don¡¦t be a bystander who observes what is happening around him without being part of it. Doing this means you have a distinguishing mind. Use an emptiness attitude in facing changes and things around you. Trends are illusions. You need to see your own things and life clearly before you can find the Tao.
