Why is it important to have a positive or optimistic attitude when practicing chikung?

When you are happy and face things with a positive and optimistic attitude, then your frequency is smoother, so you won't have problems.  If you are not positive and happy, then your frequency elicits problems from others who are irritated by your frequency.  So, having a positive and optimistic attitude makes it easier for you to make progress in your practice of chikung.
